Raymond Wahlert, President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Ray has served Pacific since 1979. In 1981, he was promoted to Branch Manager, and became President and CEO in 2003. Ray was appointed to Pacific’s Board of Directors in 1996 and now serves as Chairman of the Board.
His past community involvement includes: Nampa Housing Authority Chairman of the Board of Commissioners; Hope House Board of Directors; Nampa Idaho Chamber of Commerce member and Nampa Rotary Club member. He also served on Advisory Committees for Vallivue High School FAA, Nampa High School Welding Club, Rotary Club Member and Boys Scouts of America (Troop 116).
Ray currently serves as: University of Great Falls Trustee; Airport Authority Board Director; NeighborWorks Advisory Committee member; and President Montana Council Boy Scouts of America.
Ray graduated from Portland State University with a Master's Degree in Economics. He has completed courses in Performance Management, Effective Sales Management, Steel Service Center Management, Effective Speaking, and Human Relations and Leadership training. He served in the U.S. Army from 1967-1970 and was stationed in Vietnam and Germany. Ray and his wife Lynne have three children.

Ed Leppien, Vice President – Steel Operations
Ed began his career with Montana Steel Company as a steel fabricator in Billings, MT. In 1978 he joined Pacific as a salesperson at the Billings steel branch, becoming manager in 1985. In 1993, he was promoted to Vice President of the Steel Service Center Division at the corporate offices in Great Falls, MT.
Ed has served on Pacific’s Board of Directors since 1991. In addition, he currently volunteers for the Great Falls Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors; the Great Falls Development Authority; and the Paris Gibson Square Museum of Art. Ed is also a member of the Uptown Optimist Club.
Ed graduated from Montana State University with a B.S. in Business Management. He is married.

Jeff Millhollin, Vice President of Operations
Jeff Millhollin, a 2003 graduate of Northwest Nazarene University with Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, began his career at Pacific Steel & Recycling in 1996 as the Assistant Operations Manager. He was promoted to Regional Manager of Boise/Nampa, Idaho in 2001, and accepted the position of Vice President of Operations in 2007. He also serves on Pacific's Board of Directors.
His previous employment in the scrap industry was with Simsmetal. His duties included postings in Australia, California, and finally in Canada before coming to Pacific in 1999.
Jeff has served as Treasurer and on the Board of Directors of the Association of Idaho Recyclers; President of the British Columbia Chapter of the Canadian Association of Recycling Industries; committee member of the Northern California Chapter of the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industry; a member of the Executive Leadership Exchange in Nampa, Idaho; on the Board of Directors for the Great Falls Rotary Club; and served on many other community volunteer organizations.
Jeff is married and has two children.

Bob Short, Vice President
Having served as Pacific’s Human Resources Director for over 20 years, Bob was recently promoted to Vice President. He has been with Pacific since 1978, and was previously employed by Buttrey Foods and Burlington Northern Railroad.
His community involvement includes: West Side Federal Credit Union President of the Board of Directors; Great Falls Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) President of the Board of Directors; Montana State Insurance Fund Board of Directors; Cascade County Zoning Board Commission member; Monarch/Neihart Quick Response Union member; Monarch Volunteer Fire Department member. Bob currently serves as Patrol Director for the National Ski Patrol.
Bob graduated from the University of Great Falls with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting and Economics. In addition to his formal education, he served in the United States Army and was a Pathfinder Team Leader in Vietnam. Bob and his wife have two children.

Tim Culliton, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
A 1976 graduate of Carroll College with a degree in accounting and economics, Tim began his career with Pacific Steel & Recycling in 2000. Previously he was the Audit Manager at JCCS, Controller at Bison Motor Company, and Controller at Energy West.
His past community involvement includes: Montana Diabetes Association President and Treasurer, numerous positions with the United Way of Cascade County, Great Falls Food Bank Treasurer, High Plains Development Authority Treasurer. Tim currently serves as President of the Benefis Foundation Board of Directors, and is on the Loan Review Committee of the Great Falls Development Authority.
Tim and his wife have two children.

Dave Richards, Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Dave has been with Pacific Steel & Recycling for 26 years. He previously served as Pacific’s treasurer, and as project manager of our accounting software package implementation.
Dave is the immediate past president of Quest International Users Group. He has been a member of the Quest Board of Directors since 2002, previously serving as executive vice president, treasurer, director of conferences and director of vendor relations. He currently serves on the Meadowlark Country Club Board.
Dave, a CPA, graduated from Montana State University with a B.A. in Accounting. He and his wife have two children.

Jayne Merrill, Human Resources Manager
Jayne began her career in the industrial rubber goods division of Chardon Rubber and continued at National-Standard Company and Textron Fastening Systems. She has served as a human resources manager since 1984. Jayne joined Pacific Steel & Recycling in 2006.
Jayne has a professional membership with the Society of Human Resource Management. She volunteers as emcee, musician and singer for numerous community functions.
Jayne became certified as a Professional in Human Resources in 1993 and graduated from the University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Business Management.
